At the end of 2023, the Emmaus Benin association donated various medical equipment to two clinics in Cotonou.

On December 15, the Sainte-Famille clinic in Fifadji received donations such as anesthesia tables, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, an ophthalmoscope, a baby incubator, a stretcher, medical beds, and many other pieces of equipment.

On December 19, the MELDIS clinic in Fidirossé also benefited from generous donations, including adaptable bed tables, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, surgical masks, various medical equipment, medical beds, and mattresses.

These donations significantly contribute to improving medical care conditions in these facilities, demonstrating Emmaus Benin's ongoing commitment to the health and wellbeing of the community.

The medical equipment generously offered to the clinics in Cotonou comes from donations from various Emmaus groups in Europe. We are particularly delighted to see that these donations have the power to make a real difference. We express our deep gratitude to all the Emmaus groups that send us containers, as it is thanks to their support that we are able to improve medical care conditions in our clinics. These acts of solidarity strengthen the bonds between communities and demonstrate the positive impact that international cooperation can have on the health and well-being of individuals.
